Developing technical content of technical documents including incident/vulnerability notes, advisories and technical tips Participating in conferences, working groups, and other public forums Minimum Requirement:University degrees of Science in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Management or equivalent. Analytical and problem solving skills Develop and explain technical decisions Prioritize work Interact effectively with incident and vulnerability reporters, systemand network administrators, vendors, experts, Internet users, sponsors Good programming language skills (C/C++/Java/PHP) Experience with or substantial knowledge in most of the following topics:Security tools System and/or network administration Extracting security information from network monitoring tools/applications Operational details of multiple operating systems Software development experience Programming experience in multiple languages Experience with or substantial knowledge is required in many of the following:Computer systems and Internet security issues Network security defenses, such as firewalls, intrusion detection Systems, proxies, scanners, and encryption. Detailed knowledge of methods used by intruders to attack systems networks Best practices for secure code development Reverse engineering of malicious codeComputer security forensics Development of tools to assist system and network administrators Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing Internet traffic and incident Desirable experience is a reference.
