Setup a new Exchange server 2k3, it is not difficult, is it? Then, add this new Exchange server into your domain and set it to be the additional Exchange server, which is not difficult either.
Then, use EXMERGE (Software name) to migrate your users from the old exchange to the new exchange sever.
You may download this EXMERGE freely and it is so easy to use, the best part is that it can also create accounts in your new server when it move the .pst data,which means it can copy everything from the old server to the new one.
It is really a good thing-thing...
