【Abstract】This paper describes the architecture and the operation of the IBSS and ESS
adopted by IEEE 802.11 Standard, analyses the effect and the function of the multi-addresses
frame structure to be used in networking, then discusses the insufficiency of the mobility of the
MAC protocol and the future resolution should be adopted in multi-hop wireless network.
