疑难杂症:exchange有问题,OUTLOOK要输入几十遍密码才能进去
[color=#000000][font=宋体]公司服务器都是用[/font][font=Calibri]windows server 2003,[/font][font=宋体]邮件服务器[/font][font=Calibri]ptcnsql[/font][font=宋体]安装了[/font][font=Calibri]exchange 2003[/font][font=宋体]和[/font][font=Calibri]sql2000[/font][font=宋体],客户端都使用[/font][font=Calibri]OUTLOOK2003[/font][font=宋体]。公司的域叫[/font][font=Calibri]ptchina.local[/font][font=宋体],国外母公司的域[/font][font=Calibri]sunxxx.local[/font][font=宋体]。在[/font][font=Calibri]exchange[/font][font=宋体]的[/font][font=Calibri]system manager[/font][font=宋体]中可以看到两个服务器[/font][font=Calibri]ptcnsql[/font][font=宋体]和[/font][font=Calibri]server([/font][font=宋体]国外域的邮件服务器[/font][font=Calibri])[/font][font=宋体]。邮件服务器已经正常运行了两年多。最近邮件系统出现了问题:[/font][/color][color=#000000][font=宋体]一。[/font][font=Calibri]OUTLOOK[/font][font=宋体]症状:[/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=Calibri]1.[/font][font=宋体]有的[/font][font=Calibri]OUTLOOK[/font][font=宋体]登录后显示“已断开”,连接或收发邮件时总是提示输入用户名和密码,必须输入几十遍才能进去.如果选择取消,就出现错误“连接服务器[/font][font=Calibri]exchange [/font][font=宋体]出现[/font][font=Calibri]0X8004011D[/font][font=宋体]的错误代码[/font][font=Calibri],[/font][font=宋体]服务器不可用[/font][font=Calibri]...[/font][font=宋体]”;[/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=Calibri]2.[/font][font=宋体]有的[/font][font=Calibri]OUTLOOK[/font][font=宋体]启动后显示错误“无法启动[/font][font=Calibri]Microsoft Office Outlook,[/font][font=宋体]无法打开[/font][font=Calibri]Outlook[/font][font=宋体]窗口,无法打开文件夹集合”;[/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=Calibri]3.[/font][font=宋体]在控制面板[/font][font=Calibri]->[/font][font=宋体]邮件里设置电子邮件账户,输入[/font][font=Calibri]exchange server[/font][font=宋体]和用户名,点击“检查姓名”时显示错误“无法完成此操作[/font][font=Calibri].[/font][font=宋体]此项操作失败”,就算是输入[/font][font=Calibri]IP[/font][font=宋体]地址也不可以;[/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=Calibri]4.[/font][font=宋体]大部分电脑都有[/font][font=Calibri]1[/font][font=宋体]和[/font][font=Calibri]2[/font][font=宋体]的问题,但是偶尔也会好用。[/font][font=Calibri]***[/font][font=宋体]奇怪的是有一台电脑[/font][font=Calibri]OUTLOOK[/font][font=宋体]一直好用。[/font][/color]

[color=#000000][font=Calibri]2.[/font][font=宋体]打开服务管理器,发现[/font][font=Calibri]Microsoft Exchange Information Store[/font][font=宋体]和[/font][font=Calibri]Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks[/font][font=宋体]两个服务的启动类型是“[/font][font=Calibri]automatically[/font][font=宋体]”却不能自动启动。[/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=Calibri]3.[/font][font=宋体]下边是服务器日志中的一些错误:[/font][/color]

This indicates that the ticket used against that server is not yet valid (in relationship to that server time).

to make sure the client and server times are in sync, and that the KDC in realm PTCHINA.LOCAL is
in sync with the KDC in the client realm.[/color][/font]

[[i] 本帖最后由 kowen 于 2007-12-29 16:42 编辑 [/i]] 我觉得你先检查一下你的域控有没有问题,错误3显示不能连接到DNS SERVER,先确认DNS服务器是不是好的;错误2从字面上显示的是时间的同步有问题,因为在域中,一般的时间服务器就是DOMAIN,你确认一下你的DC;错误1显示的是kerberos证书有问题...从以上几个联想看来,你先确认你的服务器是不是都在线,并且工作正常,会不会服务器之间的同步有问题,因为你这是通不过验证,证明与AD通讯有问题...... 是不是有些服务没有启动起来?
