各位好，问个关于“document routing”的问题
公司的word ----file ---sent to ---routing recipient一点就出现这样的提示框。
"your mail system does not support certain services needed for document routing"
网上查了一些资料包括office本身的help，好像是跟exchange有关。
PS: 目前我们公司用的邮件系统是 lotus notes。
