outlook无法连接到服务器，无法创建账号，（见图）
1。我的系统是WINDOWS 2003 企业版，邮件服务器是exchange2003的，内网IP：地址是:192.168.2.3，内网名称是：mailserver.之前有创建账号使用一切正常。客户端通过microsoft outlook 2003创建账号一切正常。2。现在问题点是：使用microsoft outlook 2003创建账号时，连接服务器总出错，如下面er1.jpg图所示。
3。内网解析192.168.2.3和名称mail都正常，见er2.jpg，如果创建账号时选择ＰＯＰ３方式时，可以创建，没有问题，收发也正常。但是选择连接到exchange服务器时就出错。还有，之前其它创建账号的机器也使用正常。为什么呢？请大家帮忙诊断。 其它电脑连接到Exchange也不正常吗
所有帐号都无法链接吗
测试这两项先 查看DNS和WINS,如果就此主机是这样就在C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts里面(下面是我公司的邮件服务器和IP的对应)添加上IP和MAIL服务器对应值,保存就可以了
