exchange2003问题

请教大虾： win2003域系统下安装好了exchange2003，在“公用文件夹”中创建了一个文件，为什么不能对该文件的客户端权限添加创建的用户名呢？ 还有在客户端下的outlook中设置exchange不能解析用户？

To the first question, I need your snapshot.
To the second question, I believe your Exchange AD has problem, the server can not find the specific user account.
Pleae have a check on your useraccount and domain.
