Position:        Infrastructure Business Analyst, Asia Pacific (China)
Reports to:        Senior Manager Infrastructure, Electronics Product Group, Asia Pacific
Functional alignment: Global IT

Description
Responsible for the design and implementation of successful technical solutions.

Solution Design & Implementation:  
Development of requirements, design, build, and test of solutions.  Responsible for creation/management of design/build/test deliverables including process functional design in accordance with ITIL standards, configuration, testing, implementation planning, data migration interfaces, and transition to the knowledge center for implementation cutover and on-going support of the technical solution.     

Work Process Accountabilities
•        Design of projects and management of small projects
•        Design of Enterprise Work Processes/Job Roles
•        Management of the Design/Configuration/Development/Testing/Implementation of Enterprise Solutions
•        Adherence to IT policies, security, and processes

Key Deliverables
•        Designed/Configured/Build/Tested Solutions
•        Designed/Configured/Build/Tested Data Migration Components
•        Implemented Solutions
•        Problem Resolved
•        Service Level Agreement Met

Major Criteria
•        Personnel                 Functional Management of 5-10 professionals
Direct/Indirect Team (Combination Staff and 3rd Party)
•        Customers                Line managers and business professionals
•        Budget                        Budget > $250,000
•        Complexity Factors        Global Client Base, Within Visteon Business Functions,
Complex IT Environment

Position Requirements (Skill/Experience)
•        Experienced in developing technical solution strategies in at least one business area.
•        Experienced in designing and implementing technical IT solutions.
•        Experienced in use of standard, best practice based methodologies and enabling tools
•        Experienced in working with decision makers.
•        5-10+ years experience in Information Technology
•        Education – BA or BS in relevant field and an advanced degree is desired
•        Proven Leadership, Decision Maker, Team Player, Advanced Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, Problem Resolution Skills
•        Strong Business Knowledge – At Least One Area
o        Supply Chain Area                                Functional Area
        Sales                                        - Finance
        Manufacturing                                - Human Resources
        Materials Management
        Product Development
        Distribution
